Q Pulse Consulting is hiring an Administrative Officer to join our company in the Hazmieh area.
Qualification:
– Bachelor in any field; Backgrounds of accounting/ digital marketing/ graphic design/ food safety is preferred
– Sociable, patient and courteous
– Organized and meticulous
– Good English skills
– Computer skills: Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook.
Job Responsibility:
– Handles day to day office and administrative tasks and activities
– Prepare required documents and invoices and follow up on payments
– Coordinate with the consultants to arrange training
– Coordinate with the IT Agent on mass mailing, LinkedIn posts
– Handle petty cash
Schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
