ISO 22000:2018 Lead Implementer

Course Objective

This course has been developed to provide leadership and in-depth knowledge of ISO 22000:2018. It will explain what each clause requires and provide participants with methods and tools needed for effective implementation. At the end of the course, participants will develop confidence to lead an ISO 22000 implementation project and will be able to support an organization in establishing, implementing, managing, maintaining and continually improving a Food Safety Management System based on ISO 22000:2018.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of ISO management system standards and good knowledge in food safety are recommended to facilitate the learning process

Course Format

The course is divided into six (6) chapters and ten (10) sub-chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
