PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This Management Consulting Diploma | Online Program is an internationally accredited program offered by Q Pulse Consulting, a consulting and training firm. The program is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful management consultants.

PROGRAM FEES

The tuition fee for the Management Consulting Diploma | Online Program is $1,600. The fee includes access to all program materials, online lectures, and live webinars. The fee does not include any additional costs or expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel, accommodation, or equipment.

PAYMENT TERMS

The tuition fee for the Management Consulting Diploma | Online Program must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

PROGRAM DURATION

The Management Consulting Diploma | Online Program is a one-year program. The yearly calendar of all courses will be communicated to participants upon request. Participants must complete the program within this timeframe in order to receive their diploma.

PROGRAM DELIVERY

The Management Consulting Diploma | Online Program is delivered online. Participants will have access to program materials and resources through a secure online portal.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate in the online courses and exams. Q Pulse Consulting is not liable for any issues, including but not limited to connection problems, technical difficulties, or interruptions that may affect a participant’s ability to complete the course or exams. In such cases, participants are responsible for resolving these issues at their own expense.

PROGRAM CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the Management Consulting Diploma, participants will receive a diploma from Q Pulse Consulting, Internationally accredited by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) . The diploma will be issued in the participant’s name and will be provided as a soft copy as well as a hard copy.

To successfully complete the program, participants must achieve a grade of 75% or higher on the exam following each course. Participants who receive a grade below 75% may retake the exam in a second session, free of charge, within one week of receiving their grade.

If participants do not meet the 75% requirement in the second session or miss the deadline, they will be required to undergo a paid, one-on-one coaching session before being eligible to retake the exam.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials, including lectures, videos, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Q Pulse Consulting and are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the program materials for any purpose other than personal study or professional development.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Q Pulse Consulting will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by participants during the program, including but not limited to information accessed during their internship. This information will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant’s consent, except as required by law. Participants will also adhere to confidentiality obligations, including but not limited to all client information and Q Pulse information, before, during and after their internship.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Q Pulse Consulting shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the Management Consulting Diploma | Online Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Q Pulse Consulting is not responsible for finding a job for the participant and does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome as a result of completing the program.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.

AMENDMENTS

Q Pulse Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the program website. Participants will be notified of any amendments by email.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Q Pulse Consulting and the participant with respect to the Management Consulting Diploma. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WAIVER

The failure of Q Pulse Consulting to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned by the participant without the prior written consent of Q Pulse Consulting.
