Food Safety Internal Auditor Course

Course Objective

This course has been developed to provide knowledge and skills in performing an effective internal audit on Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC 220000 and the guidelines of ISO 19011:2018. At the end of the course, participants will develop confidence to plan, conduct, report and follow-up an internal FSMS audit.

Prerequisites

Advanced knowledge in food safety management systems is recommended to facilitate the learning process

Course Format

The course is divided into seven (7) chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
