Course Objective
This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement Good Warehousing Practices, ensuring optimal space utilization, efficient operations, accurate inventory control, effective cleaning and pest management, workplace safety, and proper documentation to maintain quality and compliance in warehouse operations.

The course is divided into eight (8) chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
