Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Sales

Course Objective

This course will provide executives and professionals in managerial positions with a comprehensive understanding of how to harness the power of AI to optimize their sales process, gain a deeper understanding of their customers, personalize their sales approach, and drive sales growth. Through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, participants will learn about the latest AI tools and technologies, develop a strategic plan for AI implementation, and understand the ethical and legal considerations of using AI in customer experience management.

Prerequisites

  • Good understanding of business processes, preferably the sales process and/or customer feedback
  • Familiarity with technology and its applications in business
  • Good command of the English language, including reading and writing
  • Supervisory or executive-level position
  • Free (or paid) account of ChatGPT (or Mistral)

Course Format

The course is divided into six chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
