Course Objective

This course has been developed to provide leadership and in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. It will explain what each clause requires and provide participants with methods and tools needed for effective implementation. At the end of the course, participants will develop confidence to lead an ISO 9001 implementation project and will be able to support an organization in establishing, implementing, managing, maintaining and continually improving a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of ISO management system standards is recommended to facilitate the learning process

Course Format

The course is divided into eight (8) chapters & seven (7) sub-chapters. Each chapter begins with a presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies.

At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
