New PRP Requirements in ISO 22002-100 and ISO 22002-1

Course Objective

This course aims to equip participants with a thorough understanding of the ISO 22002-100:2025 PRP Updates and their practical impact on food safety programs. It covers the new clauses introduced in the 2025 version—such as food defence, food fraud, food loss and waste, and transportation requirements—while clarifying changes made to existing controls. By the end of the training, participants will be able to interpret and apply the updated PRPs, compare ISO 22002-100 with ISO 22002-1, and strengthen compliance with the latest international food safety standards.
