Process optimization and SOP writing
Course Objective
Participants will learn how to critically evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and develop a deep understanding of process flows and dependencies. The course will also equip participants with techniques and tools to optimize processes and implement best practices to achieve improved efficiency, quality, and resource utilization. By completing this training, participants will be well-prepared to contribute to process optimization initiatives in their organizations, resulting in enhanced efficiency, quality, and compliance through the development and implementation of effective Standard Operating Procedures.
Prerequisites
Basic understanding of processes, familiarity with documentation, Proficiency in using basic office software and critical thinking skills are prerequisites to get the most out of such a training program. ISO 9001:2015 lead implementer certificate is a plus.
Course Format
The course is divided into ten (10) chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
