Program Objective

The “Food Safety Excellence Program” is designed to equip participants with the expertise and practical skills necessary to excel in food safety management and auditing. Through this comprehensive training, participants will learn to conduct thorough food safety inspections, master the implementation of the HACCP system, and lead the integration of globally recognized food safety management standards such as ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. The program also provides essential knowledge on conducting internal audits, ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory compliance within organizations. By the end of the program, participants will be well-prepared to drive food safety excellence and enhance the overall safety and quality of food operations.

Prerequisites

Food safety knowledge and/or experience.

Program Format and topics

The Food Safety Excellence Program is composed of 5 core courses. Each course includes oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of each training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with an accredited certificate of achievement.

By the end of the program, an additional certificate for completion of the program will be provided to successful candidates
